Donations are now being accepted for the purchase of brick pavers to be engraved with family or business names for placement on the connecting walkway of the new Finnish Monument in Fairport Harbor, Ohio. There are only a limited number of pavers available and they are your last remaining chance to memorialize family names at this important heritage site.

Cost:  (TO SEE an actual PAVER in PLACE at the monument, click here)
Individual paver 4 inches by 8 inches =  $100.00
Double family paver 8 inches by 8 inches  =  $200.00
Business paver 8 inches by 8 inches  = $300.00

Individual pavers can have up to 3 lines of 15 spaces and characters.
Double pavers can have up to 4 lines of 15 spaces and characters.

1. Make checks payable to the FINNISH HERITAGE MUSEUM.
2. Please use a separate form for each paver.

Please PRINT inscription EXACTLY as it is to appear on a $100 individual 4 inch by 8 inch paver. This size paver has 3 lines. There can only be one letter per space and you must leave a blank space between words or names. There are a maximum combined total of 15 spaces and characters per line. Please double check spelling. The Museum will not be responsible for any errors made on the order form. Remember, space it out to look nice. It will be there for a long time.

For those ordering either a $200 Family 8 inch by 8 inch paver or a $300 Business paver of the same size, please PRINT inscription EXACTLY as it is to appear. This size paver has 4 lines.
