"Under the Telta"

The weather could not have been better. It was like "ordered" from the weatherman. This made the lunches/brunches served on Saturday and Sunday even more delicious.
On Saturday, FHM members cooked Finnish Crepes with strawberries and deep fried hot dogs, popcorn, and served soft drinks and water.
On Sunday, the brunch was "Finnish Meatballs" with lingonberry sauce, salad, vegetable, soft drinks and water. A customer coming through the line asked, "Aren't these Swedish meatballs?" The quick reply came from the server who said, "Those rascal Swedes stole the recipe from the Finns, so these are really Finnish. That's my story and I'm sticking to it," he laughed out loud.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the food which was quickly consumed.
Our exclusive, Finnish Heritage Museum lable coffee was available in the coffee shop.

With skill full cooks and food preparers, FHM put on a decent lunch/brunch on both Saturday and Sunday. The food and drinks disappeared quickly. Those who wanted coffee (as Finns do!) were able to get FHM's own brand in the shoppe. Quite a number of people listened to the presentations while they were eating. Others preferred to just enjoy the show.
